You know, you could really cut down on traffic accidents if stop signs were
neon instead of wood.  Look at places that use neon: titty bars, pawn shops
and pizza parlors.  Places that mean business.  Nobody goes into those places
and runs over pedestrians.  Seems quite logical to me.
